Class of Service
All stations on PhoneNet are assigned a class of service that provides calling privileges required by their user profile.
The various class of service levels on PhoneNet are:

| 0 | Routine | Basic (Internal Only) |
| 1 | Priority | Standard (Internal + Peering and Tie Lines) |
| 2 | Priority | Hosted Users (Internal + Peering and Tie Lines) |
| 3 | Immediate | + USA Toll Free |
| 4 | Immediate | + Australia Toll Free |
| 5 | Immediate | + North America |
| 6 | Flash | + AU Landlines |
| 7 | Flash | + AU Mobiles |
| 8 | Flash Override | + International |
| 9 | Flash Override | + Emergency (000 / 911) |
| 10 | Flash Override | Residence. No restrictions. |
